I am a people-oriented and data-driven leader with over 10+ years of experience in developing, directing, and implementing organization-wide solutions that are realistic, effective, and synergistic.

My management style is that of a servant-leader, which means I focus on the growth and well-being of the people and community that I serve. It is my responsibility to lead and help others to develop and perform as highly as possible.

Throughout my career I have transferred my skills and leadership to innovate. I always bring actionable and innovative out of the box ideas and hit the ground running. If I do not know the answer to something, I will find it.
